Contact the office or leave a note at the office.
For Medical, Police or Fire Emergency,Call 911.
For Building Emergency

If you see a building entrance door blocked open, close it.
If you see someone disobeying building rules,
Tell them the rule or report it to the office.
Controlled Access Entry System. To insure that Ormondy Security is maintained at all levels. Every time the system is used - any of the modules - will recorded the activity . The information will include date, time, building location, access code, unit #, and name.This information will be used in the investigation of incidents.
Please note: The building is monitored by security cameras 24 hrs.
The main lobby entry has a telephone unit that displays each unit owner(s) last name and two digit remote entry codes. The new box does not use a separate telephone receiver; you just speak into and listen from the front of the box. The two digit entry code is the same code you have always used for visitors to call your unit.
Unit numbers are not displayed on the directory. You will be responsible for telling the visitor (guests, delivery person, tradesman, vendor) your location in the Ormondy.
