The Declaration for The Ormondy has no restrictions. However, Volusia County does have some. Rentals are not serviced through the Ormondy office or Board. Therefore any renter will have to contact the company with which they paid. All Rules and Regulations MUST be followed. Owners that rent are required to provide information to the office in case of emergency.
